[Letter] 1784 Aug. 4, Gunston Hall [to] Col. John Fitzgerald / G. Mason.

Mason writes to the merchant John Fitzgerald in Alexandria, Virginia, telling him he wants to purchase 3 servants, which the bearer of this note, Capt. Simpson, will "endeavour to get such for me." He also asks Fitzgerald to return his "remarks upon the laws respecting the Duty upon exporting Tobacco."
